ABOUT OUR CLASSES
CROSSFIT
CrossFit classes are group workouts led by a coach designed for anyone at any fitness level. Our workouts are expertly written to be fun, safe, and effective. Our goal is always to provide a workout that pushes you at your own level while still allowing you to recover and come back tomorrow.

CrossFit classes are available with all of our memberships, class packs, drop ins, and
free trials.
HYBRID OPEN GYM
Our Hybrid Open Gym system provides key code access to the gym for members to train on their own. There may not be coaches or staff on site, but members have access to all of the equipment to make training around your schedule easier.

Hybrid Open Gym access requires completion of our Hybrid Open Gym On Ramp Course.
SUMPARAKALEO
Sumparakaleo is a workout that is designed to be done in teams or groups. Typically, the coach is participating in the workout with the group, and the class will usually last more than an hour. This is an awesome time to get to know more people and to encourage others as you all work together!
Sumparakaleo classes are available with all of our memberships & class packs.
