Our CrossFIt Kids Summer program

This summer our kids will be learning CrossFit, playing games, and earning badges along the way! 

CAMP KICK OFF EVENT: Friday June 5th 5:00-6:30 pm

We will spend the evening getting to know each other, making a camp craft, and embarking on our first camp adventure game together!

WEEKLY CLASSES: Tuesdays 10:30-11:45am 

Classes run June 8 - August 3rd (there will be no class  the week of 6/20). Kids will get to earn badges each week as they learn the foundations of CrossFit through fun games and challenges that focus on teamwork and play. 

EARLY REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED: $100 for 8 Weeks + Camp Kick Off Night - Registration Closes 5/31/26

Campers need to be registered early so that we can prepare for all the fun that we have in store!

CrossFit Minis, Kids, & Teens FAQs

All of our kids programs are offered in 8 week sessions & space is limited

WE ARE NOW ENROLLING FOR OUR SUMMER SESSION WHICH STARTS JUNE 5TH

  • All kids classes are 30-45 minutes of jam packed fun and fitness. (SUMMER CLASSES WILL BE 1 HOUR 15 MIN EACH)

  • Arrive on time because we will start on the dot. 

  • Because our focus is just as much on building community as building fitness, we do not offer drop in classes.
  • We do not offer make up classes, refunds for missed classes, or discounts for starting after the session begins.

  •  

    All kids classes are independent. Parents are not allowed on the gym floor at any time.

Please let us know if you would like us to apply to be a vendor with your charter school.
We would be happy to work on that for you.

Mini Movers: Age 3-7

SUMMER: Tuesdays 10:30am - 11:45am
$100 for 8 weeks
(1 class per week)

Our Mini Movers class is geared specifically for kids age 3-7. In this class we focus on discovering and developing body awareness through trying fun new things together. This builds confidence as well as balance, coordination, and all of the essential motor skills that help their bodies and brains develop as they become strong and active kids. At this age we teach CrossFit foundations and movement without any weights. Our classes are short on purpose to keep kids moving and on task without a lot of down time. 

CrossFit Kids: Age 7-11

SUMMER: Tuesdays 10:30am - 11:45am
$100 for 8 weeks
(1 class per week)

Our CrossFit Kids class is for kids age 7-11. In this class we focus on coming together to have fun with fitness through games and challenges that introduce and practice foundational CrossFit movements. At this age we begin to move very light loads with a focus on developing good movement (olympic weight lifting basics), we begin to build essential strength through body weight exercises (push ups, pull ups, box jumps, etc), and we begin to develop coordination skills (jump rope, handstands, etc.)

CrossFit Teens : Age 11-15

We will resume Teens classes in fall 2026
$100 for 8 weeks
(1 class per week)

Our CrossFit Teens class is designed for adolescents to develop a love of fitness. We focus on teaching safe and effective foundational movements, incorporating varied functional exercise like running, jumping, lifting, and gymnastics, to improve overall strength, endurance, and agility. This high energy class is a supportive environment where teens can build self confidence, learn teamwork, and prepare for any sport or challenge life throws their way, all with a focus on having fun.

Jeremiah & Tiffany Head - Owners

Before opening a gym, Jeremiah taught 4th grade for 15 years and Tiffany was a teacher, then a stay at home mom to their 3 kids, then a Preschool Director. The Parakaleo CrossFit Kids program combines their decades of early childhood education experience with their decades of coaching into a program that focuses on what they believe matters most: helping kids to discover how strong and amazing they truly are in an environment that values friendship and connection over competition. Our CrossFit Kids program is written by them each day and is brought to life with your kids by our amazing coaches who also have extensive coaching and early childhood experience!
